By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. MMK Vendors is a business application under this platform designed for invoice management and vendor payment collection. By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Users must provide accurate information and use services responsibly. MMK Elites may suspend access in case of misuse or policy violation. Access to the MMK Vendors application is restricted to authorized users only, including registered businesses and vendors. Any unauthorized access or misuse may result in termination of access.
MMK Vendors provides a platform for creating invoices and facilitating payments between businesses and vendors. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal. MMK Elites does not directly handle or store sensitive financial information such as card or banking details. Users are responsible for verifying invoice details before proceeding with payments.
All payments are subject to agreed terms and applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by division-specific policies. For MMK Vendors, payments are processed via third-party providers, and any refund or dispute must be handled between the respective parties or as per the payment provider’s policies. MMK Elites is not responsible for payment disputes or delays.
MMK Vendors may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, and technical service providers. MMK Elites is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.
All branding, software, and digital systems remain the exclusive property of MMK Elites. This includes the MMK Vendors application, its features, design, and associated technology. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
MMK Vendors acts solely as a platform for facilitating invoicing and payment collection. MMK Elites shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, payment failures, delays, or disputes arising between users or third-party payment providers.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and jurisdiction. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the appropriate legal authority.
